1. A 50% deposit is required to reserve all rentals and indoor parties. The deposit secures your date on our calendar. Our refund policy is as follows:

a.  Any cancelation outside of 14 days from the party date will receive a full refund of deposit.
b.  Any cancelation inside of 14 days from party date will result in full forfeiture of deposit. 
c.  If a party is to be rescheduled, it must be rescheduled 5 days or more prior of the original party date.  Any rescheduling within 5 days of original party date will require consultation with management.    
d.  In the event of inclement weather, Jumps N More will work with you to reschedule your event or if rescheduling isn't possible, we will provide a full refund.  **APPLIES TO RENTALS ONLY**

2. An invoice will be sent once a rental has been scheduled and another invoice will be sent when the deposit has been received. This serves as your receipt that the deposit was received.

3. All balances are due by the day of the event prior to the equipment being set up.  It may be paid by cash, check or by credit card.  Returned checks will be subject to a $35 returned check charge and turned over to the Richland County Worthless Check division.

4. A signed rental agreement is required prior to the set-up of the equipment. Safety instructions will be provided the day of the event.

5. Bouncers may not be moved from the original set-up locations under any circumstances. If a bouncer is moved and damage results, customer will be liable for cost of repair or replacement of the bouncer.

6. Bouncers are prohibited from operating in rain or wind (25 mph or more) for safety reasons.

7. Food and candy are prohibited in bouncers. An inspection of the equipment will be performed prior to pick up. There will be a $50.00 cleaning fee (payable prior to equipment tear down) for any violations.

8. Pets are prohibited in bouncers.

9. Equipment pick up will take place 15 to 30 minutes after the scheduled end date. Customers may request extended rental time at a rate of $20 per hour (based on equipment availability).

10. Customers may request pick up the next morning if the event is ending after 10 pm. The a.m. pick up fee is $50 and pick up is completed by 8 a.m. (based on equipment availability)

11. Jumps-N-More reserves the right to refuse service if the safety of our customers or our equipment is questioned. If service is refused a full refund of any deposits will be given.
